High Court documents have confirmed that the estate of One Direction singer Liam Payne will pass entirely to his nine-year-old son, Bear Gray Payne. The singer passed away in 2024 at the age of 31 following a fall from a balcony on the third floor of a hotel.

According to reporting from The Sun, the total value of the estate is approximately £21 million. Because Payne did not leave a will, probate documents indicate that the full amount can be used immediately for the benefit of his son. The child shares a mother with former Girls Aloud member Cheryl Tweedy.

The Mirror reports that the High Court has agreed to this distribution following the singer’s death. Reports from Daily Mail and The Sun confirm that the estate is available for use regarding the boy's welfare following legal proceedings initiated after Payne's death two years ago. These documents provide a clear determination of how assets are to be managed in the absence of a formal will, ensuring the funds are allocated to his son as the sole beneficiary.
