According to reporting from the Times of India, Cathcart is moving into a new role at Meta specifically focused on future products. The transition involves both leaders moving into different capacities within the company's portfolio.

TechCrunch reports that while Shah is stepping down as CEO of CRED to assume his leadership role at WhatsApp, he will retain his stake in the startup. In addition to this appointment, TechCrunch notes that Meta has invested $900 million in CRED as a minority shareholder.
